1. Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where applicable.
2. Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery services:
UK Standard Delivery

– Cost: Calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and location
UK Express Delivery
– Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days
– Cost: Calculated at checkout
International Delivery
We currently offer shipping to selected international destinations.

– Please note: Delivery may be subject to customs clearance delays and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer
3. Tracking and Delivery Updates
For tracked services, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery through the courier’s website.
4. Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Fabric Textile Central cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs checks, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in locating your parcel.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an address error, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees for redelivery.
6. Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Proof of damage (e.g. photographs) may be required.
